By accessing or using Astra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Astra provides an AI-powered platform that includes chat interfaces, API usage analytics, team management tools, and billing management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Service
5. Subscription and Billing
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Astra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page or by sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
